We understand that sometimes things don't work out, which is why we do offer exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Please note that all exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition
- The item must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange
